We are delighted to announce that we have won the Outstanding Customer Service award at the PPMA awards ceremony 2019! The evening brings over 300 industry professionals and influencers from the world of processing and packaging machinery to recognise the finest examples of innovation, smart manufacturing and entrepreneurship, so it is a true honour to be acknowledged and is a privilege to take home the award.

We have offered customer service for 12 years and revised it four years ago to ensure the focus on delivering outstanding customer service was reignited. The team embraced the philosophy of ‘returning to old customer care values’ to ensure they listened to what customers needed. The training they provided ensured customers could deal with issues as and when they arose without leaning on an external support network as heavily. This was very well received by our customers, and we are proud of how our whole team has pulled together to deliver such incredible service.
