The OAL Connected Emergency Cover is just the solution to get a basic level of line protection against packaging errors without the need for significant investment. Within a matter of days, the system can be at your site, protecting your packaging line. One mobile unit is a standalone label & date code verification system that can monitor all of your lines and can be set up quickly and easily so line protection can be achieved as soon as you’re ready.

Our OAL Connected Emergency Cover allows you to carry out and store quality checks electronically, with greater traceability and accuracy than just paper alone. The self-contained unit requires the minimum input to get you back up and running with a higher level of protection after an EPW or product recall, demonstrating to your customers that you have taken the appropriate steps to mitigate the risk.

What will I receive?

You’ll receive a Toughpad - the toughest mobile unit on the market - configured with our award-winning Autocoding technology to protect your line. It’s IP65 rated, meaning it has full protection against dust and other particulates and low-pressure jets (6.3 mm) of directed water from any angle so it can withstand any conditions in your facility.

Before you receive the system, we pre-load our Toughpads with your checks and we finalise all configuration. One of our experts will then bring the system to your site to give you and your team training on how to use it. Thanks to our OAL Connected Offline capabilities, you can use the Toughpad anywhere in your facility. As with all of our solutions, you also have access to our 24/7 Customer Support Team to help you stay up and running.

OAL Connected Emergency Cover is designed to tackle an immediate problem so the data is stored on the Toughpads (and not backed up to your server) and therefore it’s not advisable as a long-term solution. However, we’ve built the system so that it can seamlessly grow in line with your requirements once you have dealt with the immediate consequences of the issue.
